The Domaine du Haut des Bluches in Lorraine welcomes visitors all year to an enchanting setting in La Bresse in the Vosges. Located at an altitude of 710 metres on the edge of a forest and banks of a river, this is an ideal place for rest and relaxation at the heart of the Ballons des Voses Regional Country Park. In winter, take advantage of the caravan park and chalet or room rentals near the ski slopes in Vosges (La Bresse, Gérardmer etc.). During summer, the 3-star campsite offers spacious p... itches on 4 hectares of lush green terraces. A service area is also available for motor homes, making this a campsite with a comprehensive range of services. The site has all you need for a great holiday - bar, restaurant, grocery, bread, free WiFi access, laundry, games and children's playgrounds with an inflatable structure in summer. The campsite also boasts shower blocks equipped with family washrooms containing WC, shower and washbasin. In July and August, there is a mini-club for children between the ages of 4 and 10 on Tuesday and Friday mornings. The campsite is located 4 kms from the centre of La Bresse, a picturesque little Vosges town popular with tourists. A number of footpaths and mountain biking trails start at the site, much to the delight of those who enjoy the fresh air. Our pitch was very big, we had a lot of space. That was nice.
That the barrier was closed at 23.45 when we arrived at the camping. The night before we came back at 00.00 and then it was open.

Very natural site, great country-side access. Very quiet and peaceful but family friendly too. Plenty of fresh water outlets. Dog friendly. Loved the morning croissants etc. Helpful English-speaking staff.
Recycling could be encouraged more on the campsite. It would have helped if we knew there would be no toilet paper provided. It would be good if the whole camp had WiFi. You could make the reception area into a more helpful shop!

Great area Camping has a nice feeling with the river running through it Reception was friendly The restaurant is well priced and the food is good The ablution blocks were always clean.
The reception was difficult to get hold of. The booking system is a disaster if multiple campings in the area are sold out.

Loads of activities on the doorstep. Great wash facilities; no queues; hot water; baby bath. Mostly really good pitches. We keep coming back, and every time
One rather unhelpful receptionist, everyone else really good. The power points can be a long way from the pitch. Bring an extension. Cafe basic, lifeless and slow. Site shop very minimalist. Need to stock up in town. Rowdy kids late into the evening (interestingly, only after the first weekend in August)
