The Bungalow Margherita is 21 square meters consisting of living / kitchen with sofa bed and a separate double bedroom. The bathroom has a shower with hot water. The bungalow has a terrace with private access from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view.


Check-in: from 3.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.


Check-out: from 9.00 a.m. to 10,00a.m maximum.


Air conditioning on request 10,00 euro per day.


Heating on request (mandatory from 01/11 to 31/03) 10,00 Euro per day.


Pillows, pillowcases, blanket, dishes and pans are in endowment.


Sheets and towels are not in equipment.


It is forbidden to cook or grill with free flames. Only gas stoves are allowed (as provided).


Parking is not reservable and guaranteed: if available inside costs 4,00 Euro per day.


It is forbidden to enter and leave with cars / motorcycles between 24.00-8.00. The parking inside is unattended.


Deposit required upon arrival: 150,00 euro cash.


Cleaning fees are compulsory and amount to Euro 25,00.


At check out, kitchens must be left cleaned or the extra cleanness cost of Euro 30,00 will be charged.


Swimming pool includes in the rate. Swim cap mandatory.


Tourist tax from 01/04 to 31/10 € 0.50 per person for a maximum of 5 days consecutive (up to 11 years excluded).
